  • What if I have a specific medical condition?
    While I have extensive experience as a swim and nutrition coach, there are certain medical conditions that require specialized care. In these cases, I will refer you to a medical specialist for in-person treatment. I aim to assist everyone who reaches out, but some conditions are beyond my scope of practice. Additionally, I cannot work with individuals who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder at any point in their life. If you have questions about a specific medical condition, please contact me for more details.
  • What’s the next step after completing my purchase?
    After your purchase, Coach Blake will contact you within 1 business day. You will need to complete a detailed questionnaire, sign a waiver, and submit a startup photo (if on diet plan). These steps help create your customized plan. You will receive your personalized plan 2-3 business days after submitting the completed questionnaire, signed waiver, and photo.
  • How do I communicate with the coach?
    For 1-on-1 Coaching Clients: You are expected to check in at least twice per week (please note that Coach Blake will not proactively reach out to you). However, you can contact Coach Blake as often as needed with additional questions or concerns throughout the week. All communication will be done via email and social media. We work with clients across the United States and internationally. Please note that phone consultations are not included in the coaching price and will incur an extra cost.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Once diet and/or training programs are sent, refunds or transfers of service are not available. No exceptions. If an order is canceled before the program is sent, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
    At Start Swimming, we are committed to helping you achieve your swim and nutrition goals. We are confident in our program and stand behind our services with a satisfaction guarantee. Our Guarantee: If you do not see measurable improvements in your performance or body composition within 12 weeks of following our swim coaching and nutrition program, we will offer you a full refund. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you must: Initial Assessment: Complete a detailed initial assessment. Swimming Clients: Including current swim times, body composition, and fitness levels. Diet Clients: Including current weight, height, body fat %, age, and “before photo”. Adherence: Follow the customized swim and/or nutrition plan as prescribed, including: Swimming Clients: Attending at least 90% of swim sessions within the 12 weeks. Diet Clients: Adhering to the nutrition plan with at least 90% compliance, as evidenced by a weekly food diary. Providing bi-weekly progress updates. Swimming Clients: Swim performance metrics Diet Clients: Body weight and body fat % Progress Tracking: Submit bi-weekly updates on your swim times and/or body composition metrics. You must actively engage with your coach, addressing any concerns or questions promptly. Improvement Metrics: For swimming performance: A minimum of a 5% improvement in swim times for specified distances (e.g., 100m freestyle) from your initial assessment. For body composition: A measurable improvement in body composition, such as a reduction in body fat percentage or decrease in body weight as determined during the initial assessment. Refund Process: If, after 12 weeks of adhering to the program, you do not achieve the specified improvements, you may request a refund by: Submitting a refund request form within 14 days of the end of the 12-week period. Providing documentation of your adherence to the program and progress tracking. We believe in our program and are dedicated to your success.
